Basketball Training Skills for Sunday, September 25, 2011.

Drills scheduled for Sunday, September 25, 2011 include:

--Warm Up Exercises

--Speed/Agility/Strength training

--Left & Right hand dribbling

--Shooting, jump shots, 3 point & free throws

--Passing techniques to include accuracy, see picture on left.

--Heavy Ball drills

--Defensive drills

-- Drop step and rebounding drills
