Atlanta Select 3rd Grade SILVER Team - End of Season Sports Banquet.

Another mandate for Select Nation teams is to hold an "End of Season" activity for the team.
On Saturday, August 9, 2014 the Mighty 3rd Grade SILVER Team held its Sports Banquet.

The banquet was held at the Allen Executive House in Lithonia, GA

The team under Head Coach Raynal Harris and Assistant Coach Darroll Lawson had an extremely successful season.

They fulfilled the organizational suggested goal of obtaining 3 trophies for the season, taught Life Skills and ensured that their student athletes excelled in the classroom and on the basketball court.

They continued their "Life Skills" training at the banquet with a 45 minute session on Business Etiquette, the Fine Art of Manners and Protocol.

In today's world of social media communication, the lines of good manners sometimes become blurred, but courtesy and social elegance's are still essential.
The Select Nation hold to the principles that you dress for success and that you only have one time to make a first impression.
The team wore shirt and tie and was guided in the social graces at a Buffet Banquet by "Miss M"(Marilyn J. Evans).
Miss M is a noted spokesperson and motivator and has served the community for more than three decades, cultivating social graces for all ages. She has private tutorial available on a one-on-one basic or in a group setting, for business professionals, entrepreneurs, individuals, sports teams and professional athletes.
